It shows a commitment to Customer Service and reflects how customers rate the customer service provided by that business.
The Servus Online process accredits and recognises businesses for the customer service commitment they have made.
Accreditation is awarded based on feedback from customers. There are three levels of accreditation.
One Servus Online Diamond
One SERVUS ONLINE Diamond is awarded for a three-month period of customer feedback that
is predominantly positive.
Two Servus Online Diamonds
An additional Servus Online Diamond is awarded for another three-month period of customer feedback that is predominantly positive.
The fastest possible acquisition of two Servus Online Diamonds is 6 months of Servus Online membership.
Three Servus Online Diamonds
An additional Servus Online Diamond is awarded for another three-month period of customer feedback that is predominantly positive.
The fastest possible acquisition of three Servus Online Diamonds is 9 months of Servus Online membership.
Four Servus Online Diamonds
An additional Servus Online Diamond is awarded for another three-month period of customer feedback that is predominantly positive.
The fastest possible acquisition of four Servus Online Diamonds is 12 months of Servus Online membership.
Five Servus Online Diamonds
An additional Servus Online Diamond is awarded for another three-month period of customer feedback that is predominantly positive.
The fastest possible acquisition of five Servus Online Diamonds is 15 months of Servus Online membership.
