In capturing customer feedback online, Servus Online offers two levels of subscription.
1) Standard Online
A package designed for small to medium organisations that wish to collect visitor impressions of their web site to assist in improving their customers experience through the standard Servus Online feedback.
2) Premium Online
The premium package offers added features to the Standard Online package. Surveys can be branded with corporate logos and colours along with other powerful reporting benefits.
